An introduction
In 2005 we met each other, during a 3 day walking tour in the great province of Drenthe. We discovered we had that hobby in common. We soon found out that we were also a great match and decided to live together in Huizen. Despite the acquisition of our ‘palace for the handyman’ in 2006 we embarked on a 1000 km long hiking tour through On July, 29 2008 our daughter Fenna was born and completed our family. Fenna loves to look around at everything that moves and she practices walking, talking, throwing and all those things little kids do! When she was 13 months old she walked her first steps and now she is walking around all the time. Pieter-Bas has a day job as interim buyer for the Alfa Delta Compendium and Ellen works as interim legal expert for NIG Ondernemersrecht. Whenever we are not working we love to spend time with our daughter, the rebuilding of our home, walking and cycling. Currently we are preparing for a 6000 kilometres long cycle trek this year and the associated benefit for “MS Anders”. On our website you can find out when, why and where we are doing this. Hallo lezers van wielenopweg.nl, wat leuk dat jullie ook interesse tonen in deze mooie website! Echt een super goed initiatief en ik als MS-patiënt ben er natuurlijk maar wat blij mee!
Ik ben Sander, 24 jaar en op dit moment weer woonachtig bij mijn ouders in Almelo. Na anderhalf jaar allerlei onderzoeken in verschillende ziekenhuizen te hebben doorstaan, werd begin augustus 2009 bij mij de diagnose Multiple Sclerose gesteld.
Lonneke
Ik ben Lonneke, 28 jaar, en ik heb MS. Poeh, dat staat even zwart op wit zo. Ben er nog steeds niet helemaal aan gewend dat de term Multiple Sclerose en ik bij elkaar horen.
